We measure output, not the amount of hours you spend in the office, and give our staff the freedom and respect to structure their workday.

We focus on team dynamics, and don't always take on the killer billers with a proven track record. We only employ staff who will fit into our team environment and culture, and who want to exceed.

We also don't want to be the biggest, and we are definitely not about rapid growth. Our policy is to onboard one new consultant per year in an existing area of business, and retain all the staff we employ.

We understand being a consultant is a difficult job at times, and we do enjoy celebrating the wins and learning from mistakes. Above everything else, we value loyalty and trust our employees to work independently.
